As you may have noticed, our webshop is only available in Dutch… No worries though, our customer service representatives are fluent in English. So give us a call or send us an email and we’ll help you choose between two e-bikes, pick out the perfect tyre for your mountain bike or get your new road bike delivered to your front door the (very) next day!
Our bike store is much more than just a store: it’s a one-of-a-kind cyclist’s paradise! In our showroom you’ll find over 500 bike models in all different sizes, colours and types, fitted with the specs of your choice. We’ve got everything, ranging from high-end road bikes to dedicated trekking bikes to 45 km/h e-bikes. Of course we have a huge collection of apparel, parts and accessories as well. Our staff, fluent in English, will provide you with all the advice that you need.

Take your new bike home within one and a half hours
Most of the bikes displayed in our showroom are also in stock in our large warehouse. This means we can assemble the bike of your choice and adjust it to your measurements in 60 to 90 minutes. You can pick it up at a moment of your convenience or wait for your bike and take it home right away. In the meantime you can browse our store, pick your accessories and clothing, or relax and have a hot drink in the waiting area.
International delivery
We offer free shipping of clothes, parts and other accessories for orders over €50 within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Shipping costs for bicycles to customers in the Netherlands are €19 for children's bicycles and €39,99 for all other bicycles. All bicycles are shipped to customers in Belgium for €44,99.
We also ship orders of clothes, parts and accessories from our webshop to the following countries: Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Austria, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Shipping costs for orders to these countries are €10. For orders from other countries in the European Union, please contact our customer service.
Note that bicycles can only be shipped to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
10 Days Free Exchange Policy
We are convinced that you will leave our store with the perfect bike, but if the bike does not live up to your expectations or if you just change your mind and realise you want that other bike you had been looking at, no problem! Within ten days after your purchase you can return your bike and exchange it for another model. This service costs €59 as it takes into account the preparation of 2 bicycles and warranty registration. More info (in Dutch) can be found here: 10 dagen omruilgarantie.
Bike Repairs and Maintenance
We have a large service workshop that offers the highest quality repairs and maintenance. Our mechanics are top-notch and will keep your bike in perfect condition. Moreover, there is no technical issue we can’t fix. We carry a full range of Shimano, Campagnolo and SRAM spare parts and accessories. You must make an appointment to drop your bike off and pick it up later, or have it serviced while you wait. Note that we only carry out maintenance on bikes which are bought at our store.

Our bike store is located in Moordrecht, next to the A12 highway, situated conveniently in between Rotterdam, Utrecht and The Hague. Currently, both our store and workshop are open and ordering online is still possible.

Can I buy a bike online even if I don’t speak Dutch?
Yes. Our webshop is in Dutch, but we are happy to guide you through the entire buying process in English. We can help you choose the right bike, check availability and arrange delivery or pickup.
How fast can I take my new bike home from the store?
Most bikes shown in our showroom are in stock. We can assemble and adjust your new bike within 90-120 minutes, so you can take it home the same day.
Where is the 12GO Biking megastore located?
We are located at Grote Esch 1005, Moordrecht, right next to the A12 highway between Rotterdam, Utrecht and The Hague. Free parking is available directly in front of the building.
Can I test ride bikes before buying?
Yes. We have a unique 400 m indoor test track where you can test e‑bikes, road bikes, gravel bikes, trekking bikes and more all year round and in any weather.
Does 12GO Biking offer same‑day pickup?
Yes. If the bike is in stock, we can assemble and adjust it for you within one and a half hours. You can wait in-store, explore the showroom, or relax with coffee in our cafe.
